Abstract

  1. Pegadaian is a state-owned organization that is one of Indonesia's economic pillars. Companies that are trusted to provide pawning credit services. The presence of PT. Pegadaian is here to help those in need while posing only a minor risk of sanction. The focus of this paper was to observe the implementation of the Fiduciary system installment credit policy at the PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Dumai Branch. Qualitative research was conducted and descriptive results were presented. Staff from the PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Dumai branch were interviewed. The obtained primary and secondary data are, of course, related to the Fiduciary system's installment credit policy. The results showed that at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Dumai branch has many products, one of which is the Fiduciary System Installment Credit (KREASI) product. According to the findings, bad credit has a negative impact on both parties. Customers must be responsible as a result of the impact. As for PT. The Dumai branch of Pegadaian (Persero), it has a much more serious impact because the funds channeled for credit come from the community, and it also has an impact on business activities.
