Abstract

Currently, all organisations have challenges in growing their businesses. This is in keeping with the purpose of establishing a company. In order to achieve its goals, PT. Pacific Indopalm Industries Dumai is undoubtedly impacted by the performance of its employees. The discovery of an initial phenomena linked to organisational performance served as the foundation for this study. This study employs indicators such as productivity, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The study used a quantitative method and included 122 respondents. Primary and secondary data were used. Descriptive statistics were utilized in the data analysis. According to the research findings, PT. Pacific Indopalm Industries' performance is characterised as good with a total score of 3,990, which is between intervals with a score of 2,928-4,392.
