Abstract

This research was conducted at the Class II B Rengat Rutan, Indragiri Hulu Regency with a plan of approximately 6 (six) months. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and leadership on the work effectiveness of employees at Rutan Class II B Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. The sample was selected using the census technique totaling 46 respondents. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. The method of documentation and literature study was carried out by testing the data through the Normality Test and Multiple Linear Regression consisting of multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis, t test and f test. The results of research from SPSS Data Processing simultaneously can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable which indicates that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work effectiveness, meaning that together communication and leadership have a significant effect on employee work effectiveness.
