Abstract

As public servants, government personnel is expected to give excellent service to the public. Furthermore, the device must perform well, namely, he must be able to carry out his tasks and functions successfully and efficiently. Employees are clearly the driving force in the operations of achieving an organization, given the importance of performance in public and private businesses. Additionally, the research location, the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type Madya Bapean B Dumai, found several symptoms of the problem based on observations, namely: there is still education that is not in accordance with employee competency standards, affecting employees' ability to complete the specified work activities. Work Performance, Expertise, Behavior, and Leadership are the four indicators used to assess an employee's performance. The study's findings demonstrate that the employee's performance is rated as Good, with supporting elements of employee performance.
