Online Shopping Decisions During The Covid-19 Pandemic

The purpose of this study was to determine the online shopping decisions made by STIE Indragiri Rengat Lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in June 2020. This research is field research, namely research conducted through data collection and information techniques from informants. In addition, data collection techniques are also carried out through literature studies obtained through previous research journals, articles relating to research downloaded via the internet. To determine the informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. This study uses several stages in data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, categorization, data validity checking, data interpretation, conclusions, and verification. The results of this study indicate that online shopping decisions made by STIE Indragiri Rengat Lecturers are supported by mobile and laptop media for the use of online shopping applications that are easy, practical. Online shopping decisions through online shopping applications made by STIE Indragiri Rengat Lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic, provide convenience in meeting their needs. Work From Home (WFH) Policy by STIE Lecturer Indragiri Rengat creates new habits or continues online shopping habits that have been done during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
