Abstract

Rapid developments occurred in various sectors. This progress makes human movement increasingly knows no boundaries or time to achieve its goals. Where geographical location is no longer an obstacle to the flow of traffic in and out of people from one country to another. This condition occurs in various countries in the world, including Indonesia. The research will monitor and see the rampant traffic of foreigners and the high level of vulnerability to cases of immigration violations in Indonesia, indicating that effective and efficient immigration control needs to be upheld because it will have a negative impact on other sectors of life, especially on the Indonesian economy. The research uses a qualitative approach, the main tool is the researcher himself, but once the research focus is clear, it is likely that simple research instruments will be developed, can complement the data and compare with data obtained through observation and interviews. The results of the study show that maximum supervision of foreign parties can contribute to the creation of a framework for global economic growth which is marked by an increase in national investment flows.
