Abstract

The complacency of academic serviceto a college institution is crucial to the progress of an institution of education, as for a college, the satisfaction of academic service to student as the primary service users is a landmark to the continuity of a collehe. Studies are conducted using a quantitative approach by involving as many as 80 respondents. The required data are the primary and secondary data. Data analisys uses a statistic descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study are related to the level of student satisfaction with academic services at the Tuah Negeri High School of Economics (STIE) from the results of calculations on the level of student satisfaction in academic services which is the processing of each respondent's answer, the reliability dimension is categorized as very satisfied with a percentage value of 55% of the response dimension, categorized as very satisfied with the percentage value of 48.75% of the confidence dimension, categorized as very satisfied with the percentage value of 57.5.% of the empathy dimension, categorized as very satisfied with the percentage value of 47.92% of the tangible dimension, categorized as very satisfied with the percentage value of 54.17% while the percentage of satisfaction level was categorized as satisfied with a percentage value of 41% of the total percentage of 100%.
