Organizational Factors on The Quality Of Private Universities In Riau Province

A good university is undoubtedly a dream and the community's greatest aspiration. Universities, in addition to carrying out their activities as institutions that educate the nation's children, cannot be separated from numerous good and negative inputs due to their openness in carrying out their activities. It is also highly expected, in keeping with the criteria that it be a professional and quality institution capable of becoming a driving force for community activities through various innovations. But what about internal and external organizational issues in Riau Province Private Universities? That is the focus of this study. This research is presented descriptively and verified using a quantitative approach. The research found that external factors (X2) had a substantial influence on the Quality of Higher Education, involving all regencies and cities in Riau Province and using primary and secondary data as the sort of data needed. This suggests that the external component (X2) has a 0.275 contribution to higher education quality. As a result, the higher the level of higher education, the better the external factor (X2).
