The Effect Of Mobile Banking On Customer Satisfaction Of Bank Syariah Indonesia (Study On Employees And Students Of 'Aisyiyah Polytechnic, West Sumatra)

This research aims to see how much influence the use of mobile baking has on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (Study on employees and students of the Politeknik ‘Aisyiyah Sumatera Barat). The research method used in this research is quantitative with an analytical research design to determine or compare the influence or relationship between one variable and another, the data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in this research using multiple regression tests and to prove the hypothesis using the F test and t test. The results of this research show that the use of mobile banking has a high coefficient of 0.371. This explains that the use of mobile banking has a large influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The F test value is 3.826 with a significant value of 0.000, indicating that the mobile banking variable has an influence on satisfaction. From the results of the t test, the significant value of mobile banking is 0.003 < 0.05 and the value of rhitung> rtable is 2.491 > 2.262, meaning it has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
